Best Customer Service + Color!I was a bit apprehensive to get a hair color online; how could I make sure that the color was really right for me? But I decided to try eSalon out, and boy, I'm so glad I did. After filling out what I wanted in my color, I got a message saying that color would be to dark for me, so my colorist, Courtney F., changed it to a lighter shade. When I got my color in the mail, I was so excited; I wanted to do my hair right then and there! When I finally colored my hair, I was so pleased! My hair looked like I went to a professional salon- the only indicator that I didn't was the dye I got on my neck (oops). Not only is this a high-end product, the customer service is amazing! The Best!I had to wait to review because, just like when I use to go to the salon, I have to live with my color with a while to decide whether I like it or not. It's official, I really think this is the best coloring experience I've had! After years of spending 5-10 times more on coloring my hair, I have found a product to use myself that I'm completely satisfied and happy with! Your shampoo is fantastic too! Thanks so much!
