Adjusted Color PerfectThis was my second color adjustment and the color is now perfect. I love it and appreciate being able to make these adjustments. I was also easily able to change my delivery date so that I received the new color before we left on our road trip. Didn't like the color or the way it made my hair feelI was quite disappointed in your products. The haircolor was hair to apply...too many steps...and the color was nothing like I expected at all. NEVER AGAIN!I could NOT wash the dye out!! I did everything like I was supposed to and my hair feels like glue! It's sticky and waxy and so dry. I was in tears.
