You will not regret trying this!!I have been going to the salon to cover new growth every 3 weeks for over 3 years until I found eSalon. Their perfect color match is better than what I was paying hundreds for. Their color stays on longer than what I have been paying hundreds for. Since I have watched the application process so many times and most have you can do this and you will love the end results not to mention the hundreds of dollars you will save. I can not speak for highlights low lights etc but I can speak on grey coverage for new growth and you will not regret switching. Review on the developerJust colored my hair for the first time using eSalon. This is a review just on the developer. It was so strong I could hardly breathe. Seriously wow!!! I've been coloring my own hair for 20 years, and never have I experienced such a strong overwhelming chemical type of burning, in my lungs when I tried to breathe. My first experienceFirst I was like dark blond before apply the esalon hair color. Second I sent pictures of the color I wanted and never was almost black like I have now. They sent me a medium brown and my hair now is almost black. I never mention I want a dark color, I mentioned want to equalize my hair color and cover a valayage with a color that match my skin tone , but now I feel so sad, I have black hair and this is so difficult to get out of the hair. Third my hair feel so over processed and hard to comb through. I know that you select the colors formulas based on many factors of the person, but when I called you I told to the colorist I trust on you to select the correct color for me, but how is this the one for me, it's make look like metalic girl. The reason that I give you 3 is because of the personalize service , the kit of the products and the customer service that was wonderful when I required it. EDIT: Before a couple of washes, the color go lighter and actuañly I love it.
