Not good for RedI asked for a very intense red and I got brown with red undertones. It faded within 2 weeks and now I have to deal with brown hair for 8 weeks before I can dye it with better color again. There were too many steps the process took too long. Lovely color not enough coverageI liked the color that was made for me but when the coloring process was completed the goal of covering bad old color and grays did not come to fruition. I contacted esalon and was not given any other feedback or help. I was only told that they would make notes for my next color. Hair ColorI luv the way this leaves my hair; so soft & so beautiful; the colors are so gentle, not harsh-looking that It's hard to tell I've colored at home since it doesn't damage the hair like other OTC home hair color products previously used.
