HATE THE COLOR!I tried this for the first time in March. The color was much darker than I would have liked, so I canceled. I then received an email stating the next round was on the way. I called to cancel and told the customer service agent that the color was too dark. She suggested I try it again and I did. What a disappointment the second color was darker than the first. The color is perfectly even and nutures my hair!The color is consistently perfect. Initially I requested several tweaks and the colorist was very patient and got it perfect. I was using over the counter color that was dark brown and I've been working on medium brown. This system has been helpful for that. I always love opening my custom hair color package. It always includes two pairs of gloves, stain preventer and remover, shampoo and conditioner. Two pairs of gloves are very handy-one pair for application and a second pair for rinsing out the color. So happy with my color!I am so lucky to have found esalon! I cannot believe how easy and helpful this has been. My personal colorist has been amazing. I have requested a few color changes and I have loved everyone of them. But I finally found one that is perfect and will continue to order it from now on. Love . ItMy first order was lost in the mail and all I had to do was send an e-mail message and without any questions I was send my hair color again. When I colored my hair I was amazed at the way not only of the perfect way my hair took to my color but also on how soft my hair was. Will most definitely keep ordering my hair color again.
