Professional resultsFirst time for me and was worried as I've always been the salon for my colour. I am so pleased with the result. The colour is perfect and lasts very well. In fact I'd say the result is better than the salons. The only thing I would do next time is comb it through to the ends for the last 5 minutes instead of massaging it in whilst in the shower. This is because the fumes are overpowering and I had to open the shower door. I think I'd also wash it off in the sink. I've read reviews that people keep receiving the product and have difficulty cancelling orders. This is not difficult to do if you open an account. You can change or cancel any order any time ( unless it's currently on its way to you) I received an e mail after my first order to invite me to give feedback. No good for relaxed hairWhen I bought this product I explained that I relaxed my hair. I even wait till Monday to ask if it was OK to use it with all the peroxide that was included in the box.
