WOWLove my color. So natural looking. AND its really great to have EVERYTHING you need right in the box. Only suggestion would to put another "stain remover" in the kit. Great Customer ServiceI decided I wanted to start the slow journey towards a lighter shade. My colorist did a great job! Great color but...My friend followed the directions to the letter but the roots ended up a lot darker than the previously colored ends. Aside from the visible line between the dyed and undyed part, the color was amazing. DoneI have been using E-Salon for years, but no more! The quality of the dye has gone down hill. I used to get a beautiful red color that would last for weeks. Super harsh on long hairI love the custom color, but the color is very hard on long hair. There is not enough shampoo or conditioner to adequately use with long hair either. HATE THE COLOR!I tried this for the first time in March. The color was much darker than I would have liked, so I canceled. I then received an email stating the next round was on the way. I called to cancel and told the customer service agent that the color was too dark. She suggested I try it again and I did. What a disappointment the second color was darker than the first.
