I was nervousI have NEVER died my own hair. It was always done by a trusted hair dresser. When opening the box I had no idea what it all was, let alone how to use it. Thankfully the directions were detailed on paper and on video. I did select permanent which I assumed was the standard option. Apparently not. It doesn’t washout of your hair like semi permanent 😬. The color was a little darker than I realized. Although it is pretty and my hair was so soft afterwards. Love my color adjustment…You guys are the BEST! Been so happy with your color kits all last year - salon quality !
