Extremely easy to use, loved the color!I was thinking I was crazy to do a in home coloring, as I have used a stylist for years. Easy to use, instructions clear and easy to understand, color was what I was I was hoping for. Would highly recommend the product. Follow up was good, customer service was excellent.
