Burned scalp and made hair break offI was very happy with this product in the beginning but the last shipment I got literally burnt my scalp to the point of having scabs from blood on it felt like it was burned in my hair broke off and fell out so that is why I quit subscribing to the service now it won't let me post! 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

I had such high hopes!I tried this out and found it more difficult to use than a standard box of Clairol or L'Oréal from the store. The color my hair turned is probably the most disappointing part! They sent two separate colors and I don't understand why. I followed the directions exactly and now my hair is two different colors . I was hesitant seeing two formulas. Who would want uneven color? I like the idea of all of this, but the color needs to be easier than a box kit from the store! And the color needs to perform better for an average at home user. Just do it!!OMG I was so scared to color my own hair! I was not getting what I wanted from the professionals at the salon, and paying big $$$$ for it. After months of thinking about a custom color from eSalon, I finally placed my order. Excellent adjustmentThe colorist did a great job mixing up a batch of color with less golden and more medium brown, just like I requested. the original color had great staying power.
