Wish i could rate a 5I really love the team behind this product. I sent them a picture of my bright red hair color, told them what I wanted, and to my surprise, they PERFECTLY matched it. I was extremely happy with the fact that with red being THE HARDEST color to get to stick, whenever I washed it there wasn't much bleeding. Unfortunately, after a month, the color had faded to an ugly nasty orange color. I've gotten better results from using straight bright red color pigments like found in SPARKS then I had from using this. I'm going to try one more time but have added the color gloss this time. love the colorI love this product mostly because it don't have the strong smell after coloring your hair.... But, the hair conditioner could be a little better... hair seems a bit course afterwards. what a disappointmentthe last shipment was complete disappointment. Salon has decided for me that roots will be enough, and sent only one colour, so I got brown instead of the red tone. I learned to mix both (root & ends) tones together to get the right tone, and now I have just brown. I can understand you do not want to send 2 bottles (though i assumed that was your offer), i am fine with that. but i find it unacceptable to decide for me what colour my hair should be, particularly because it is not what i was looking for.
