ImpressiveTraditionally I purchase a typical over the counter hair color and after about 2 weeks my stubborn greys are showing through the color. I am pleased to report that the product has lasted longer already and the coloring process took half the time. I love that it had a color mix for my roots and another for the rest of my hair because with the length of my hair one is never enough unless I'm only touching up my roots. Better yet, my hair didn't have that hard dry feeling after being washed and even after all of the shampoo and conditioner that came in the package was gone. One thing to take serious...it comes with spot treatment for areas where you may get coloring on your skin use it right away to swipe off any coloring on your skin because it really does stain. Equal to box brandI have been using this for several months. The product is equal value to boxed brands. The color lasts an equal time on hair. Very unhappy---sad to say...I was not very happy with the product this time around. The first time was beautiful! The second shipment of the product was very runny and I had shaken it plenty. I shook it some more but it still was not like the very first time and my color did not seem to last as long either. To make it even worse, I was charged more for a cheapened up product¡!! Sorry, but this is how I feel. Please stop sending anymore product to me, this is what I was afraid of. I am going back to my hairdresser now. Colour was weak and didn't last.I coloured my hair using a demi-permanent colour. The result was quite weak but I thought I'd give it a chance. Two washes later and you wouldn't know that my hair had been coloured - so disappointed. Wrong ColorI asked for Brown with hints of golden - My hair is completely RED, could be just the way my hair took it but I do not see any golden or brown. I am not happy with how it turned out..
