BrassyLoved how my hair felt after coloring... the kit was great (love the strain prevent and remover and the shampoo/ conditioner). But hair came out brassy. It covered most of the gray but not all. PerformanceThe reason for coloring my hair is to cover the gray that is now appearing. I don't have tons of gray hair, but enough for me and those who know me well to notice. The color doesn't seem to "adhere" to those strands that are gray. This time when I colored I also left the color on for an additional 5 minutes of hoping to help this. Second, even when using products designed for colored hair, your color seems to start fading dramatically by the 4th or 5th wash. I'm not sure I will continue the product. Too darkEvery color I received was too dark. I know we are trying to cover my gray but did not have to go that dark. Informed them that it was too dark but still was made the same every time. Very NaturalI went to Salons for my Hair Color. It was just ok. Then I found ESALON. The Colorists are amazing. I would do my hair following the enclosed directions and leave my comments for any change to the next order. The Colorist called me and we discussed my color and the products that I needed to use. I couldn't be any more Happy. My hair color looks natural. My hair is healthy and shiny like it was in my younger years. The ESALON STAFF are amazing to work with. Their Products keep my color looking fantastic . My hair is healthy and not in the least dry.
