Not a fanI was super excited to try, but ended up disappointed. The smell is SUPER strong which, for me, is a trigger for migraines. I did give it a shot regardless. Fan on, windows open. Followed instructions to the letter. While processing, all looked great!! However, once washed and out of the towel, not so much. My grey's were not gone at all and neither were my roots. This color actually lightened my roots by an entire shade. I'm not sure how or why since I went w a blue/black color as i have dark hair. Color needed adjusting…turned out GREAT!!My color needed some updating but the new color that came was just not quite right. I spoke with colorist Genevieve on the phone and she reformulated my next order. Just used it last night…it is perfect !!!! My hair looks refreshed and natural. Very impressedLoved how my order came package felt so much nicer than a ordinary box dye. The colour is perfect and so far very happy now to just wait and see if my greys stay covered as normal box dyes don’t cover my greys well but takes a few washes to be able to tell 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.
