Waxy feelingThe color is usually pretty good. I keep asking for it to be more red and it turns out a bit more brown which I don't like. A Huge LetdownColor looks nothing like I expected. I was going for a golden brown and my hair turned out looking more like dark reddish brunette. The red is the most disappointing part as this is not what I wanted at all. I answered all questions and filled out my profile accordingly, even sent pictures, and the colorist did not even get close. To recap: not even close to the color I requested, it's already fading, and crappy gray coverage. Mine is already starting to come back through and it's been less than a week since I applied the color.
