first timeWhen I received my shipment i was nervous because it said roots only..My hair is 3 inches below my shoulders..happily it was enough for all my hair..while it was processing the ends looked super dark..my husband and I were a bit nervous..but again happily its perfect!! Great service/bad colorThe esalon service is impeccable. I had to discontinue my membership because the color kept making my hair too brassy and we could not figure out how to change it. Like the color but dries my hair out quite a bitI think it dries my hair out as much as other hair dyes. I think My hair falls out just as much. Don't really think it's that much different.
