Not any better than store boughtThe color received was not what i expected, first dissapointment. Last batch made me so itchy!I've used this product a number of times, but the last batch seemed different. It made my skin so itchy! I got a drop on my neck and that spot was particularly bad. Not For Touchups! :(The color turned out great, but I only used less than 1/4 of the product! :( I specified only for touchups around my face. There needs to be smaller vials of mixture maybe 4 vials per package. I had asked the question if I could save the unused product but quickly found out I could not! It started to bubble out and spill out all over. Very Disappointed. There needs to be a fix for this. I would like to have my money back since I did not get to use all of the product. Wow!What a gorgeous shade and so close to my original colour- Strawberry Blonde. Much nicer then redhead! The instructions were precise and easy to follow. I delayed using my first kit as I had just coloured my hair when it arrived and wanted to wait a few weeks. My hair feels glossy and nourished as well as looking so good. The grey is covered evenly. Exactly what I wanted!I had hesitations, but after spending too much on mixed salon results - I was willing to take a chance. I wanted to cover grays and brassy highlights but not go too dark (what usually happens when I grab a box color). Love itAfter some tweaking I've finally landed on the perfect shade. The product was s easy to use and the directions are easy to follow. The color is rich and stunning with great tone.
