Love this productI get nervous about box colors bc what will I really get when I do it at home, what will it do to my hair. But salon quality without the sale n price, that I love! Each time they send it it's specific to what I've asked for. Like I went to my specialist and told her what I wanted. Love the colorI have gotten a lot of compliments on my hair since I have started using your product. Healthier look and lots of shine and bounce. Wow!Used my first kit today and I love it! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted, and the shampoo and conditioner did exactly what was promised. How cool is that? Seems to be good quality so farI received my color today, and applied it this evening, and am pleased so far. My only concerns are I was left with some very gummy pieces of hair that have a lot of residue. I followed rinsing instructions so unsure as to what to do to make it not have that feeling. Also, my roots didn't color quite as dark as I would have preferred, but this is a problem I experience in the salon as well from time to time. My hairdresser moved on to another job, so very interested to see how my color holds up over the next 4 weeks compared to when I went to the salon monthly.
