Great texture, color is not quite rightI love how my hair feels but the color is still brassy. And I was disappointed in the communication. I get responses from so many different people and I feel like I have to keep re-requesting change. For instance when I went to re order the changes that were promised in my last email are not on my order form. Unsatisfactory ResultsI was not satisfied with the product. There were no better results than what I received from retail stores or beauty supply stores. One major difference from my usual product is that this product left my hair hard and dull, not soft and shining. It was also messy because it continually dripped while being applied and during timings. Great ColorI used to buy Preference by loreal medium brown and used that for years. But I saw E-salon on-line and thought I'd give it a try. I loved the easy instructions, TWO sets of gloves, and shampoo and cream rinse to complete the job. The formula didn't irritate my scalp as Preference sometimes did. This color is gorgeous!This is my first time to color my hair at home, so it was a challenge to color just the roots - it's not as easy as professionals make it look! Next time I will get a friend to help me! The color is wonderful and looks more natural than when I get my hair colored at the salon. I just colored last night, so I will see how vibrant the color stays for the next 6 weeks, but for now I am hooked - this is how I will color my hair from now on!!!
