Good overall colorI'm finding the eSalon instructions easy to follow and the tools included are great. My biggest concern continues to be in not coloring hair that's already colored. I'm applying color to the roots and down about halfway, which seems fine; just a different process than other diy methods or getting it done in the salon. Love the color!I love the color that was customized especially for me. However, it drastically starts to fade after 2 weeks and by 4 weeks, I feel like I have a completely different hair color which I then change back to the customized hair color. gray still gray, Hair's now dry and course.I fallowed the directions exactly, my grey is very shiny but looks very noticeable. maybe a little lighter than before I colored it. My hair is much more course and feels a lot dryer. I washed it and used all of the conditioner. I could barely comb thru it. I have been using nice and easy. prior to using your product. Causes hair lossHi this product has nice color but made my hair break and become frizzy after the 2nd use. Also caused a lot of hair fall. I don't recommend this to anyone. Terrible product for novicesThere is so much more one needs to know about coloring products. The effects of these chemicals are highly variable. The marketing literature makes it sound simple.
