Absolutely awful!Strong Ammonia gunk- a terrible experience took at least 4 showers to get this sludge out of my hair and it still was in there. Terrible customer service- the money you pay to fix your hair disaster will not be given back. Leaves hair feeling greasy and waxyI have used this product for over a year and was happy until the last 3 shipments or so. Something seemed to have changed and not for the better. I color my hair every 4-6 weeks and no other product leaves this residue in my hair. It literally takes me 3-4 washes to get the waxy feeling out. To bad because I loved this for convenience, but to be honest the box dye from the store doesn't leave me with a waxy feeling that takes at least three washes to remove. To top it off the response from customer service was somewhat of a joke. They told me basically I need to rinse it better and possibly use a different color shampoo. Not reorderingThe color was too dark and drab and my ends are black. I was so excited to get this, and it was such a disappointment! I could've done the same horrible thing to my hair with a store bought box color! Great Hair Color!I like being able to order online, it makes my hair soft and shiny! I like that I can "tweek" the color as the seasons change and also that the formula is very "kind" to my scalp...it doesn't burn like so many others. Exactly What I WantedIt's pretty hard to determine from computer swatches if the right color is selected, but I got exactly the red I was looking for! Not sure what it would look like if I'd left it on the full 30 minutes, as I panicked at 20 minutes when it looked very dark and jumped in the shower. It looked great, and is softening into a color I really like. Now if I can add highlights and lowlights (my hair is very monochromatic), that would be great!
