Turned my hair color to totally opposite of what I wantedWell When I wrote that my hair is black so you should have understood that my underline pigment is red. The dye you created for me was full of red so naturally my hair remained as it was, black. I ordered a dye to color my hair to brown Mahogany. It didn't turn into brown nor Mahogany. We can't seem to get the color rightI have been a member for 6 months and have tried to change tbe formula Because whatever they do it goes orange. The color I'm using now isn't lasting as long as it did at first. I had to color my hair between the deliveries this time. I missed my cut off date By a day. So, I guess I will have to deal with it another month and color it 2 times and deal with red. I wanted it lighter, but couldn't get it right. So, went darker, Both colors have not been shiny. I went through the chart and saw that 5.0 which is darker than I have ever used in my life is the only kne that is shiny and doesn't look like it ei pull so much red. It might cover the gray. Great product!My natural hair color is a bit unusual--between blond and red--and eSalon matches it beautifully. It has great highlights, is wonderfully shiny and soft and hides the gray.
