I love it, I have no complaints, it was exactly what I asked for.I love the hair color. I don't feel like my hair is dry or damaged. The color is vibrant. The kit they send has everything you need. Love the colorI was skeptical at first, but the color that I received was a perfect match for me. Usually at various salons they color gray roots so much darker and end up with 3 tones of color on my hair.
