Amazing hair colorI Have worked as hairdresser in NYC for years and now live in NJ. I have been very dissatisfied with all my local salons after working in the industry. They can not get my color correct. When I first tried eSalon I emailed a pictures of what I dislike about my hair color. When my first order arrived it was so perfessional, came with two different colors for correction, mixing bowl, tint brush, and gloves, The directions were perfectly explained, and they did not skimp on the amount. I have long hair. I could not believe the results! After a year I spoke to the color specialist at eSalon and explained I wanted to try something different. The best custom colorThe only people who know that my hair has been colored is the ones who didn't see me for about three years when my health was very poor and I was under a lot of stress. They are are all saying that I look better than I have in years included high school. Red VioletI'd like to say this was a great experience as it was blended specifically for me but was so very red that I looked awkward. Wanted more violet which they don't do. So I was a clown a few days. Bright screaming red. But the conditioning, the smell of beautiful chemicals touching your hair can smell they're healthy. So grateful for the private mixing for me! Because of this conditioning these "chemicals" do, I want to try another shade next time more like the Auburn 5.64... Or perhaps a personal blend of Burgundy Red this time. My hair was suppose to be red it is now DARK BROWN!I have strawberry blonde hair and I was going for more of a copper color. I was so excited for this product. I use the hair dye and it turns my hair DARK BROWN!!!! Not only did it not give me the color I want it gave me a color wayyyyy darker than I was asking for. Not even close to the color I was asking. I am very upset and I will have to bleach my hair to be able to fix it which will cost me more money. What a waste of money.
