Felt IckyMy stylist had to wash my hair 4 times to get the sticky feeling out of my hair. The color felt like it was never going to come out and when it finally felt like it was gone, and we attempted to blow dry it, my hair started feeling matted. Color was off stillStill much too dark and not even close to the bright copper red I have always been... I've reported this twice and was told adjustments were made, but I couldn't see ANY difference. Very disappointed. Great Colour!Wasn't sure what colour would suit me but knew roughly what I wanted. After speaking with the colourist who explained the colour I picked wouldn't suit me I felt more confident about the colour and now I have dyed my hair I am ABSOLUTELY OVER THE MOON with my colour.
