Color was off stillStill much too dark and not even close to the bright copper red I have always been... I've reported this twice and was told adjustments were made, but I couldn't see ANY difference. Very disappointed. Great Colour!Wasn't sure what colour would suit me but knew roughly what I wanted. After speaking with the colourist who explained the colour I picked wouldn't suit me I felt more confident about the colour and now I have dyed my hair I am ABSOLUTELY OVER THE MOON with my colour. Perfect hair color matchLoved the red end mix matched the color I have on no drastic changes which is great the root mix was a little to dark for my liking at first but I am starting to notice the blend of the two together is perfect.
