Extremely disappointed and upset by this product.While I initially had great expectations for this product, I was extremely disappointed. I've been dying my hair on and off for about three years and I decide to try eSalon because I thought it would last longer than drugstore brands and be cheaper than the salon. I was SEVERELY disappointed for two reasons. First off, the hair dye is next to impossible to wash off. It took me one wash with the provided shampoo and four washes with my own shampoo and my hair was still left with waxy black gunk all over it, to the point where it wouldn't even dry. Secondly, the product caused my hair to fall out in clumps and thin like never before. It should be noted that I dyed my hair darker and have NEVER experienced hair thinning or loss from dyeing my hair or any other reason. Upon reading other reviews online after my experience, I found that many other women experienced hair thinning and loss. This product is falsely advertised and I am extremely saddened that my once thick hair is now damaged and thin at the age of 19. Love love loveI first ordered during a promo I saw on Facebook. I've received 2 more orders since then and have gotten Great Compliments. Color is awesome and holds up fantastic. I told my Mom and friends about it. My Mom ordered hers but hasn't tried it yet. Great product love it, I recommend that if you want to save on Salon prices eSalon is the way to go. Made for You ColorI love smell of the product, I didn't smell like I just did my hair. First with the color I loved it. Because my friends said my does look orange, which I have It done by my hair stylist for 6 years. It was with me Light Blonde, and tab darker near the end. Perfect light brownMy natural light brown hair color is becoming grey. Common OTC at home brand hair color left a brassy red undertone. Esalon created my perfect color.
