Did not want red under tones..I specifically requested no undertones. The color I chose via the photos was a medium dark golden blonde. After fully following instructions I was totally disappointed in final color. I did not want red tones. I am totally dissatisfied with this professionally mixed color. rootsi was hoping that the coverage on my roots would last a little longer.
