PERFECT Color!I needed a correction from a BAD COLOR CHOICE I made a few months ago. All the OTC products I used just made it worse and more brassy. I had ZERO confidence buying this product but I had a coupon and thought "this is the last thing I'll try before crying to my hairdresser" . . . but it worked! Love the color but...I love the color into my hair, it did really covers my gray hair but the issue here was... my hair is very stiff and dry after dying. This is not my first time to do a home hair dying. Well, I colored my hair last night with this product. Then I noticed my hair after drying is very stiff and feel rough. Did not want red under tones..I specifically requested no undertones. The color I chose via the photos was a medium dark golden blonde. After fully following instructions I was totally disappointed in final color. I did not want red tones. I am totally dissatisfied with this professionally mixed color. rootsi was hoping that the coverage on my roots would last a little longer.
