I am a little less in love this time.My first experience with this color was wonderful. The second, most recent, color seemed a bit more dull and a little yellower than I would have liked. BummedMy first esalon was amazing! It was rich, vibrant, soft and we'll covered. And it lasted quite a Long time!! This is my second time, which meant roots touch-ups only. It seemed to begin great, but within a week (not even a week) the color was fading out fast FAST! ! 2 weeks in, I can hardly tell there was a "touch up" at all :-( . Every bit of the gray that grew out was now very visible. I want to know why initially the application was amazing and why the touch up was not?
