I feel like a person... not an account number!I love that my colorist cares about what I really want... and helps to adjust my color until I get exactly what I want. All the colors can be mixed at differing proportions in order to get the lighter darker or more colorful as you want. I had my favorite box office the drug store wall, but I always wished I could make it a little lighter. Now I can!look GREAT IDEA, CUSTOM COLOR, SCHEDULED SHIPMENTS, HELP, AND SHIPPED TO YOUR DOOR! MY HAIRCOLOR IS PERFECT!I hesitated for years to leave my salon and try eSalon. I have blonde hair with highlights and my hairstylist kept saying how hard it is to match the color. Well... I got tired of spending $75 + on base hair color. I really need to have my hair colored every 4 weeks (because of my gray hair). :( My Aunt, who also uses eSalon, finally talked me into trying it. good coverage, lots of complimentsAs with every box color I try, my hair picked up a lot of red. Luckily it looked natural, to the point people would ask me if I had always been a "ginger". not goodI wrote several reviews and have had no response. I sent you two colors I mix together both with the word "red" in them and a picture showing color of my hair- you sent me dark blonde and it was not at all close. Not what I asked forI asked for a slightly darker color or stronger formula for better gray coverage. Instead of that my hair was black after coloring! I have medium brown hair, fair skin and blue eyes. I looked rediculous! I had to go to a salon for corrective coloring! Made my hair fall outThe color was not even close to the picture of myself that I sent. I followed the directions to a tee, and clumps of my hair fell out, the color was dark and ashy, I had to turn the fan on in the bathroom because of the strong odor, and my remaining hair is fuzzy and damaged.
