The process and applications was great but color was wrongI loved the package and the quick time frame on which it was delivered. Directions were easy to understand and the personal touches were nice as well. Everything I needed was there. The application was easy for a DIY product and not a lot of mess. As I started putting the color in after a while I noticed it wasn't lightening as I expected. The color in the bottle looked good before and after mixing. My only complaint is that I didn't get the color I wanted or expected which I wouldn't say is a big deal based off everything else but that was the purpose for the purchase. I would rate a 5 If I got the right color or if I felt that the picture I included and the notations to my stylist were really taken into consideration before shipping my product. Overall my hair feels healthy, looks healthy and I loved the shampoo, conditioner, brush, stain remover and even the protective gel smelled great. even without a photoI was in shock! It is so rare that anyone gets my hair color correct and you managed to do it with just my description. Sweet. Lovely colour but the white still rules!Beautifully packaged with clear consise instructions. Needed my daughter to help as I have too much hair . Root colour has stained head quite strongly, hoping it will wash out in a couple of days. Full hair colour is lovely and rich but the white hair has remained stubbornly white. Also, despite the thick creamy shampoo and conditioner my hair is very dry. Will need intensive conditioning to restore.
