AMAZING!!!!I was so nervous about trying this. Not only is my shade of red a tricky one but I've never done my hair at home. I've only gone to a salon. BrilliantHaving slightly adjusted the mixture a couple of times, my colour is fantastic. The instructions are precise and tailored for the individual and there is plenty of feed back options. Long-lasting color BEATS box dye any day- customer service could improveI really love the product, it lasts far longer than any other brands I have used. I was able to adjust my color slightly with advice from my stylist, so I am very satisfied. The reason I'm giving 4 stars and not 5 is due to the way my referral credit was handled. I was first told that I had no credit, then that the person I referred didn't exist on the system. After showing a screenshot of my credit, I was then informed that I couldn't use the credit on the order I just made. Love the colorI love the color and coverage of grey roots fantastic, but washing out product toke at least 15 minutes. I followed directions but still the water was full of suds never ending,only complaint I have. At the salon I use to go to never could get the color right. Exactly what I asked for!!I don't know how you do it, but a simple email request asking me for any changes I'd like to make, made all the difference!! I was impressed with the gray coverage to begin with, but I didn't think you could deliver on color change just by asking for "a bit more orange?"
