Made my hair oily but also dryI was super pumped when my order was delivered very fast. Once I mixed the color together it was the perfect color I wanted so I was even more happy only until it came to rinsing the color out. I used the pre packaged shampoo and conditioner but my hair still felt like there was massive color in it. I ended up using my personal shampoo and conditioner and thankfully that washed the excess color out. The problem wasn't over because my hair has the weirdest texture now. Some places my hair feels slimy but other parts I'm afraid to touch because it is so dry. Beautiful Color !From the moment i opened the box I was impressed. The bottle and instructions were personalized just for me. The packaging was neat and contained everything I needed to get the job done, even extra gloves. the stain guard was helpful as well as the remover for the areas I did not apply the guard to. New Look!I waited until after my official retirement date before I colored my hair. I wanted a "new" me heading into my new life in retirement from an old career into a new consulting career. Got the color right!Used Clairol Nice'N Easy for nearly 20 years till they changed the formulas and I suddenly was dark ash blonde instead of medium neutral blonde. Lasting ColorI've tried MANY color boxes over the years. I had many doubts this box would be any different than the rest. I decided to give it a go and I was thoroughly pleased with the results. I made a few slight changes to the color to make it my own and am completely happy with the results. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a change.
