I LOVE it!After years of using store bought dyes and one costly mess up (purchased a cheaper dye and ended up paying a salon almost $200.00 to repair the problem), I took a chance with eSalon and I will never use a store brand again! I absolutely love being part of the process and I feel like the colorist really listen to the feed back and make the adjustments I want. My first order the color had a bit more red to it than I wanted, I asked for less red and my second (and now third) orders have been the perfect color! ReviewWish there was a way to preserve color. Color is vibrant right after use. Quickly fades from previously bleached hair just with out door work, wetting hair daily with conditioner and water. No shampoo used. I think this must be normal for all coloring. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Just not happy with short color life.
