Was awesome at first, gotten terribleWhen I first signed up for esalon, I loved the color and everything about the product. The last few shipments though have been terrible. When applied to my hair it immediately became gummy and thick, and was impossible to get out of my hair. In addition, for a day or two, my hair was sticky and oily in appearance no matter how long I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed and rinsed. I give up. Hair color not as advertisedThe color hardly made a change in my light brown roots. I used the esalon program and selected the lightest color that it offered me. The perfect deep rich red!This color is perfect! I always get compliments on how pretty my color is. It's a very close match to my natural color. No purple or pink undertones. PerfectThis is always perfect love the color they make up for me. The only thing I would ask if they could put a hair cap it seems to make the color better.
