Meh...Didn't cover the grays as thoroughly as I thought it would. The grays aren't gray anymore, but you can definitely see where the last color ends and the newly colored grays begin. Also wish there was a way to separate out one order into multiple root-applications. I used probably 1/8th of the bottle because I only need it for my temples and a teeny bit at my part (and yes, I used PLENTY where I needed it so that is not the reason why it didn't cover). Was awesome at first, gotten terribleWhen I first signed up for esalon, I loved the color and everything about the product. The last few shipments though have been terrible. When applied to my hair it immediately became gummy and thick, and was impossible to get out of my hair. In addition, for a day or two, my hair was sticky and oily in appearance no matter how long I rinsed and rinsed and rinsed and rinsed. I give up. Hair color not as advertisedThe color hardly made a change in my light brown roots. I used the esalon program and selected the lightest color that it offered me. The perfect deep rich red!This color is perfect! I always get compliments on how pretty my color is. It's a very close match to my natural color. No purple or pink undertones. PerfectThis is always perfect love the color they make up for me. The only thing I would ask if they could put a hair cap it seems to make the color better.
