Love it!Love having my customized color delivered right to my door every 8 weeks. I have only had to make one or 2 minor adjustments to the color in three years. Much more affordable than getting my color done at a salon. Really love itAt first I didn't know what to expect. But the way that took their time to ask questions even wanting a picture. Was very impressive to me. I got the color I requested. I wanted to like it but I just wasn't impressed...I wanted to love the product but even with two bottles it wasn't enough for my hair... and I wouldn't say my hair is super long (maybe a few inches past my shoulders). It is thick but I mentioned that in the questionnaire, so if they had suggested a third bottle I would have done it. But let's face it, three bottles worth won't really save me much money (as opposed to going to my hair dresser).
