Awesome, Easy, & PerfectI highly recommend to anyone & everyone I talk to. This has definitely made my life so much easier. My order is always perfect & there when I need it. My stylist always listens, answers my questions, and/or adjusts my color when needed. As of this month I've been ordering from this company for a full year and before starting I didn't believe I would ever find a company that actually made a color that my hair would hold for a month. I had tried 1/2 the salons in town & almost all store bought hair colors. Absolutely nothing would hold longer than 2-3 weeks if that. Now I can go at least 5 weeks!!! Great kit!I loved the way the kit came and the added bonus included. I am used to a thicker, creamier colour but had no problem working with what was sent. I love the outcome. The shine and feel of my hair. There was plenty of product included. I do find that I am still seeing colour bleed out of my hair if I take a bath even a couple of weeks and many washes later. Edit: Having had another couple of kits now, I want to update and correct. I think it might have just been the lighting in the bathroom. I don't see colour bleeding even soaking in the tub a week or two after my last colour. I love the blend and love the convenience but I will leave it at 4 stars because of the price... Stays true to color and doesn't yellowI have paid $$$ to color my hair and it would look yellow after a while. Now that does not happen. I am 58 years old with long, silky, fine, straight hair and I constantly get compliments on the shine. 0 de 0 personas encontraron este comentario útil. ¿Y tú? |

Not the color I was going forI was super excited to try out this hair dye and my hair turned out way darker than what I was expecting and hoping for. I followed the instructions and was looking for a brighter copper color and ended up with dark brown with a red undertone. After explaining to the color expert that I did not get the color I was expecting, she told me my hair is now too dark to lighten (which is why I was upset in the first place). Having trouble getting the color i wantI have been getting mg hairs professionally colored until i started esalon. I want my hair a little redder, had them change the color the past 2 months . Not what I asked forI asked for a brighter red because I liked the color I got last time, but it faded quickly to a copper - which was pretty, but I wanted something more vibrant with the red. And I used this, and my hair is a dark brown. I am really unhappy seeing as this is the EXACT OPPOSITE of what I asked for. I would have been better off not putting in a request. My friend recommended this website to me and has beautiful hair so I'm not sure where I went wrong.
