Finally...Grey coverage at home.The color came out beautiful. I am so pleased. It is definitely salon grade color as it completely covered my greys in half the time it takes with the drug store box, which usually does not completely cover. I'm amazed!I was really worried as to how it would turn out -- too red or so dark brown that it would look black. It looks great. e-Salon thinks of everything -- including a sticker to afix the instructions to your bathroom mirror. I left the color on longer than the stated 30 minutes because my roots are so "grey", they are actually white. The result looks wonderful -- just slightly lighter than the ends but it looks very pretty. I'm glad I tried your service and products. Talking to the color expert on the phone really helped. Really disappointedThe last time I used esalon I was fairly happy. Unfortunately this time I'm quite disappointed. The color is significantly darker than excpected and had the worst time getting the oil out! I showered and shampooed 4 times and this thick gel substance was stuck to my hair. (Still working on getting the oil in the back out over 24 hours later and multiple washings) I contacted the support center and was told next time to follow the directions- I followed the directions exactly. The other suggestion is to use a clarifying shampoo. I should not have to buy a special product to remove this, especially when it was never mentioned before hand. Who wants to go out in public with there hair matted down in oil to buy shampoo??! I had a similar experience last time but nowhere near as bad and the color turned out okay-not perfect, but his time it's a medium brown not a dark ash blonde, so not easily able to be fixed unless I pay to go to a salon to have it lightened. The shade ended up better than last time on the top, but the bottom is greenish. Extrememly disappointed is time around.
