Amazing Customer Service!I love this product line! I especially am thrilled to how wonderful the colorist get back to you . I purchased my first color application and unfortunately missed abit in the back coloring. I let them know and within days recieved another application to redo what was missed. They are very prompt if you have any issues, and are more the helpful getting back to you in a timely manner. I really feel fortunate to have found esalon. Great quality but color was too darkI love esalon! The quality is always great. I had to go to a local salon to transition from red to blond. After that I went straight back to esalon. The only disappointment this time was that my new esalon color was a whole lot darker than the blond color I was expecting. So my light blond is now a dark-medium blonde. That's a huge shame! I don't know if this was my mistake or the colorist change due to concerns about sending too light of a color. They did send several emails about that. I sent them pics of my new color to confirm that I wanted the lighter shade. So I am thinking it was thier choice. Be careful what you wish forGot the exact color I wanted and hoped for. It was beautiful. The only problem was my perfect color was too close to the gray/white I was trying to cover. It also had no contrast between my pale lily white skin tone and the beautiful blonde you created for me.
