Best at home hair color !Best hair color on line . My first order was in 2015 it was to dark so the second time i order again and told my colorist what i wanted and she listened i love my hair color planing on ordering more stuff from here to try . Color didn't work at allFirst off the color didn't last or cover gray Second I tried contacting the support team for two days no call back . I had to leave a message on machine they said I would get a call back. I wanted to cancel the upcoming order, but since they didn't call me back , it was shipped already. Very poor customer service.
