Wanted my color to be a little lighter...wasn't changed.Color not what I was hoping for. I'm also concerned about the health of my hair since using eSalon hair color. My hair-stylist says I am suddenly getting a lot of split-ends, which I never had much of a problem with until approximately June. I am also experiencing a lot of hair loss. My hair is thin anyway...so it worries me to see so much hair on the countertop and in the sink after each time that I dry and style my hair. My health hasn't changed and I am not on any medications. Did not cover gray at all. The rest of my hair is way too darkI've been coloring my hair at home for over ten years and have tried every brand on the market, drugstore to professional brands. This was the worst coloring I have ever experienced. The color turned my gray hair a horrible green tint yet turned my natural dark brown hair an awful black color. I had to go to salon for color correction which was expensive. I spent a lot of time talking to the color specialists before ordering so it was not due to a wrong color choice. CUSTOM HAIR COLORFirst let me say, the color is very mild smelling. The color went on nicely, didn't drip or run. It gives great coverage, ALL my gray hairs are gone. That's the good. My hair is now too dark. The color I was shown and the color it is not comparable. Amazing!I’ve have horror stories when it comes to dying my hair at home. It’s why I pay out the nose for my hair stylist. But $150 every 5 weeks is rough. This was seriously the easiest thing ever. And by easy, I mean my husband was able to do it. No joke. And the color is gorgeous.
