Love love loveI have used this product for my last 3 hair colorings. I absolutely love the color combination I have received! My hair is shiny and soft and the color looks very natural. I have even received compliments from men! I always receive an email prior to my order being prepared giving me the opportunity to change anything. And my order comes as scheduled. Best color experienceI absolutly love the color!!! The step by step guide is awesome!! My name was on the label so I know it was crafted for me!!! I will never use store bought color again!!!! I WAS SHOCKED!I am 64 years old and I have never found a hair color type that actually covered ALL my grey hair! Store bought, beauty shop, none of them covered the grey COMPLETELY until eSalon. No gloves in boxI was disappointed to find when I went to take everything out to start my process this time that the gloves were missing from my box this time, i actually went back through twice to make sure i did not miss something. Our gel color is crafted from highly pigmented professional-grade dyes, which can feel heavy if not totally washed out per your Personalized Instructions and sometimes requires a little bit more shampooing than other color. To thoroughly remove the color in the future, we recommend that you bring any leftover hair color in your bottle or bowl, fill it with water and mix it together. Then, after tilting your head back, pour this mixture onto any areas you applied color and deeply massage it for 2-3 minutes prior to rinsing. This will seriously help to loosen any residual color and prevent staining on your scalp. If you still have this feeling, we then suggest using a color-care clarifying shampoo to remove any of the remaining residue from your hair, leaving it feeling fresh and squeaky clean.
