Compliments galore!Even the gal who cuts my hair wants to know who does my color! I told her it was eSalon and she was really amazed!!! I am so happy I found this product. Excellent Color! Excellent Service!I was skeptical and nervous to try eSalon but gave it a try. I have 3 different natural shades of hair and it has changed as I've gotten older. The store brands were harsh on my hair and going to the salon is expensive and hard to schedule. My hair has been especially dry this winter even though I conditioned it often and like I said, the store box color was hard on my hair. I took the survey to create my color profile and uploaded two different pictures of my hair to show the color stylist my different shades and what I wanted. After opening my first shipment I was impressed with the personalization and easy, clear instructions. It came with everything I needed. Then using the hair color I thought it had a very nice smell. Well, I absolutely LOVE my color. It is rich and exactly right for me! It is shiny. It was gentle on my hair. I was so happy with it I went online and purchased some of the shampoo and conditioner products. I am very happy with those. My color has lasted much longer than a store brand box color and I have gotten compliments on my hair. It actually has improved in health. It is so soft and one of my friend's and my mom both said they noticed my hair looked great, asking me what I've done. I made one small adjustment sending a message to the color stylist, not expecting an answer for a couple days. I received a response within a few hours. It's wonderful customer service. I will continue to use eSalon and have already recommended it on Facebook to my friends and family. And I will soon be helping my mom complete the color profile online. Gray coverageI have 1 little gray on the top of my forehead hairline. After I use esalon the gray is back in 2 weeks. Thats my only complaint. Other than that I love the color and how it dosent dry out your hair and how vibrant the color is 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Did you? |

Great color, need the brush!Color was a great match, but was really disappointed that the brush applicator was left out of the box! As a result, I was not able to do as good a job coloring my roots (and grays!) & left a lot of gray patches-not cute. PLEASE include in the next order! 0 of 0 people found this review helpful.
