Exceeded my expectations!I was so sceptical that I didn't try the product for a few months. I had been to hair stylists who could not capture the color I wanted so I didn't believe that eSalon could either. I thought, " this is crazy...try it"! I had a dear friend to apply it and the color was perfect!. Each touch-up application exceeds my expectations. I will use no other hair color product! I love eSalon!. Thank you for what you do! Quality ProductThe product was pure quality. The color was perfect, and left my hair soft and shinny. Most importantly, my hair stylist approved. I have very stubborn gray sideburns, and the gray was not completely covered on my first try. Made my hair sticky and waxy!This is my fourth order. The first 2 came out great. The previous one came out with some stickyness but nothing I was too bothered by. This time my hair was so sticky and waxy that over 3 days I had to wash my hair 7 times to get it somewhat soft and manageable. I still think it needs another wash before I feel like my hair is back to normal. I don't know what changed but this formula is just not someting I am willing to try again. Unhappy :(Hello, I am so unhappy with the results this time!! It's not my first time.
