Way too dark and didn't cover graysI really am trying to like this product. I have used it three times so far and they've all been a fail. Color is way too dark even after asking them to lighten it and worst of all, it didn't cover my grays. I end up with hair that's different colors on roots and ends. Not happy with new colorI adjusted my color this last time which is not what I expected. I was told it was medium blonde with golden blonde, but looks more reddish blonde. Oooooh, that smell! :-(The smell was strong from the start. But for Step #4, stepping into the shower to apply the leftover color and massage to a lather, the strong acrid smell was overwhelming! It was too harsh and unpleasant. Once I was able to rinse thoroughly, it was fine again. Yuh know what, I also realized that I DO NOT like coloring my own hair to this and other reasons. Lovely product!I love the color and the feel of my hair. It is not dry at all. I have very thick hair that is sometimes difficult to color, even at salons in NYC.
