After trying one color, I wasn't sure I liked it so consulted again and found exactly what I wanted. So far so amazing!I ordered after seeing a review from a blog I read. When I received my shipment I opened the box to find one of my bottles of dye had leaked all over! I sent an email not in hopes for a refund or replacement just to let them know so maybe there was a way to prevent it in the future. Well to my utter shock, they refunded and shipped me a new order! I am absolutely beyond impressed with the care this company has for its clients! When I recieved my new box I colored my hair and I will tell you my hair looks better now than when I get my hair done at the salon! Inconsistent. Clown Red Roots!9/28. Update. Cancelling because they only sent me the right formula once of five orders and would not just send me the right one again despite phone calls and emails. The last one was just brown (no red) and left my hair sticky and coated after 3 washes! Switching to Madison Reed. Adjusted my color after I had clown red roots. Great! ...for one month. Then they sent me the shitty color again (after I confirmed they would send me the new formulation that actually worked.) They assured me it was the right one. Nope. My hair looks ridiculous. Alix cannot follow instructions. The inconsistency is making me cancel. I loved the color that was the right one. Wanted to Love ItUnfortunately this service did not work for me. I have resistant grays, which I specified when placing my order. I selected a color initially, and the colorist said that it would be too dark, so I agreed to something lighter. Because the color was so light, it did not cover my roots....at all....especially around the temple area. Additionally, after using the product, my scalp turned red and bumpy. It just so happened that I had a dermatology appointment 3 days later, and the doctor said it appeared that I had a reaction to the color - this has never happened before. Now I have a color kit at home that can't be used - I thought I had stopped my service but apparently I did not stop it in time. I love the idea of this service, but unfortunately it did not work for me.
