Love this haircolorI’ve tried many hair colors over the counter and nothing covered my gray or gave me the color that I wanted. I have a long thick hair and pay quite a bit of money to have my color done at the salon. I just couldn’t see paying that kind of money constantly to have my hair done. So I decided to try the salon and boy am I glad I did. I’m not sure why other reviews aren’t good, but I will always give five stars. It is just as easy to use as the color out of the box from the store. But the color is better, lasts longer, and completely covers my gray and is absolutely beautiful. I get compliments all the time. I don’t have a problem with losing any of my hair or any other issues that people have commented about in the past. I recommend this E-salon product to everyone! I have it auto shipped so that I am never without my color. The color is perfect.I wear my hair very short in a traditional fade. The color looks natural and gives me great coverage. Also, my hair feels soft and conditioned. Avid bleacher for yearsI’m a natural dirty blonde. I’ve been bleaching (absolutely ruining) my hair for almost ten years. WonderfulThis was the first time I have used eSalon. Cannot tell you how pleased I am. I've had my hair professionally colored for years @ 65.00 a pop. Today was the first time I've ever done color myself. The process is very easy and I believe it looks much better than what the pro's do!! Updated: amazing customer service and productMy initial color did not turn out as red as I was expecting it to, so I sent an email to their customer service as I was expecting a phone call to take hours and to be on hold forever, and unfortunately the representative I was emailing with was not receptive to what I was saying and didn't seem to really care about the customers. I was so frustrated that I decided to just call anyways, despite my incredibly busy full time school and work schedule, and I'm so glad that I did. The call did not take long at all as I was expecting. The representative I spoke with on the phone was incredibly sweet and helpful and immediately had the color reformulated and sent to me. I can now say that I love this service! The color is beautiful and the dye did not damage my hair whatsoever! My hair still feels incredibly healthy and soft and I'm amazed with the quality of the dye and the customer service (by phone at least) for this company.
