Never againWhen I placed my order, I specifically said I wanted to cover my greys, and said I did NOT want my hair to be orangie. The color was supposed to be dark blond.. nope.. Custom Hair ColorI needed more dimension to my usual blonde color that I order from eSalon, so I called and spoke with Danielle. I am so happy with the results!! She knew exactly what I needed. The result is beautiful shades of light golden brown and soft blonde without brass. I am surprised how lovely it turned out! Fantabulous Redhead!!!I'm a natural redhead but as you age....cough, your red fades. I have been doing this at home for three years now and totally love the outcome each time. When I need to darken or lighten a bit, I just let my colorist know and it's modified.
